На эту тему можно рассуждать долго. Кстати, поделюсь, что бы научиться управлять своим мозгом, необходимо овладеть техникой "размышление". Попробуйте 10 минут поразмышлять над одним единственным утверждением. Ну например "мысли материальны". Запекать таймер и размышляйте. Поделитесь потом в комментариях, что у вас получилось.
Итак, самооценка. С самого детства нам её занижают, разгадывать по стене, стирают в порошок. А должно же быть все наоборот. Хорошо что мы живём в 21 веке. Когда любая информация доступна. Вот и я пришла к выводу, что надо повышать свою самооценку. И у меня получается довольно таки не плохо. Если у вас есть желание узнать обо мне побольше, ставьте + в комментариях. и уже завтра я сниму о себе видео. И про свою самооценку. Я поделюсь что я читала в последнее время, какие тренинги проходила и кто помог мне стать такой. Может и вам пригодится.
Мой отчёт за день по системе 3 рычага.
1. Мои ресурсы. Ранний подъем. Медитация. Молитвы. Вода 2 литра. Питание 850 ккал. Шаги 7000. Велотренажер 12 км за 60 минут, сожгла 700 ккал.
2. Мои результаты. Как здорово находиться дома. Уборка. Готовка. 2 вебинара онлайн. Выполнение дз. Продолжаю штудировать книгу "Подсознание может все". Конспектирую техники. Слушала аффирмации. Каждый час делаю визуализации.
3. Мои радости. День наполнен солнечным светом, не смотря на дождь. Он и сейчас стучит мне в окно и отправляет спать. А у меня ещё медитация по плану. Слава богу у сына нет температуры. Планируем на следующей неделе рентген. Скоро Москва и это определённо радует.
Вывод дня: "В моем мозгу нет мыслей, но он обладает силой, способной вызвать к жизни целый ряд понятий"(Ролф Уолдо Эмерсон).
